Term of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms and conditions.• Please provide clear and detailed references at the start (this includes character sheets, poses, expressions, or any specific ideas you have)• I reserve the right to decline a commission if the reference is unclear, uncomfortable, or doesn't suit my style.• Artwork is usually completed within 1–3 weeks, depending on my current queue.• If you have a specific deadline, please let me know before I start so I can confirm if it's possible.• Minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase (up to 3 times) and once during the coloring phase. Any major changes or additional revisions may require an extra fee.• If you plan to use the artwork for commercial purposes (merch, business branding, promotional materials) the price will be 2x the base rate.• I reserve the right to display the commissioned work in my portfolio and social media, unless requested otherwise.• Additional expressions, accessories, or design changes will have extra charges starting from IDR 15k, depending on complexity.• Payment is accepted via bank transfer or Dana.
You can choose to pay in full upfront, or after I send the sketch.•No refunds once I’ve started working on your piece. Please be sure before ordering.It’s not required, but I’d really appreciate it if you could credit me when sharing the artwork online, a simple tag or mention would mean a lot!
